Akshay Lunawat leads Your Estate Consultant (YEC) with over a decade of hands-on experience across Mumbai’s high-value real estate landscape. Starting his career in corporate hospitality with brands like Marriott and Taj, he developed a high-touch, client-centric standard of service before transitioning into real estate sales and strategy.

Before founding the firm, Akshay managed high-ticket residential assets and Ultra-HNI sales for leading developer brands, including The Wadhwa Group, Kanakia Group, and Kalpataru Limited. He was directly entrusted by promoters to handle premier luxury inventories across South Mumbai, Bandra, and Juhu.

Most recently, as a senior lead at RK Mumbai Realtors, he drove operations in South Mumbai, spearheaded expansion into the Pune market, and built strong broker and developer networks across the region.

As Chief Consultant, Akshay combines sharp micro-market intelligence with a consultative approach—guiding clients through complex resale, rental, and primary acquisition transactions with clarity and financial discipline.
